Why we care
In recent years, the continuous increase of food waste disposal has brought the light on the severing food waste issue. Nowadays, food waste is conventionally sent to the landfills together with other solid waste. The disposal of food waste, which is classified as organic waste, is also the largest category of the municipal solid waste and directly leads to rapid decreasing of the limited landfill space.
The landfills will generate a terrible stench due to the greenhouse gas emissions during the decomposition process. Besides, the food waste disposal have fundamental disadvantages such as wastewater seepage, transportation cost, landfill maintenance, etc., creating a heavy burden to the taxpayer.

Sustainability
Zero waste, zero pollution, and a complete
ecosystem space.
In spite of the rising popularity of garbage disposal units in Asia, grinding up food waste and disposing of it through the plumbing system is not ideal. Commercialized in the 1940s, garbage disposal units are simply an outdated solution to food waste disposal and lead to issues like water pollution.
We prevent to disposal of the food waste to the Overloaded Government facility – O-Park1 in Siu Ho Wan, from after biogas to the landscape.
We firmly believe that integrating food waste back into the food chain is the future of food waste processing.
Reduce the related expenditure of handling and treating food waste
More organic waste recycling and treatment facilities, and encourage the full use of recycled resources such as compost
Composting these wastes creates a product that can be used to help improve soils
